Bathurst Island, NunavutThe image shows Round Hill and Peaked Hill, the highest elevation (376m) on Bathurst Island. Freemans Cove is visible in the upper right. This area in the southeastern part of Bathurst Island is of interest because of the occurrence of mafic intrusions and possibly kimberlites (potential diamond-bearing rock) in the area.

By re-assigning the colour vs altitude scheme, it is possible to make visible an airfield in the centre right of this image.
